The Vision — Why I'm Building a System That Runs Without Me
I need to confess something.
I hate sales calls.
Not because I can't sell — I can. But because every call means: I'm trading my time for money. One hour call = one potential customer. Two hours = two customers. Ten hours = ten customers. And then? Then I'm full. No room left. No time left. No life left.
That was my old model. Discovery calls. Consultation sessions. "Let's chat for 30 minutes." Every day. Every week. Over and over.
I was good at it. Frederik Beyer: €28,913 in 90 days. Other clients with similar results. But every euro was tied to my working hours. And at some point you realize: You don't have a business. You have a job you gave yourself.
What I Wanted Instead
A system that works without me.
Not "mostly without me." Not "with just 2 calls a week." Without me.
A system that:
- Diagnoses — without me asking a single question. The AI does it. In 5 minutes. For anyone. 24/7.
- Delivers — without me sitting in a call. The Telegram bot guides the sprint. 7 days. Automatic.
- Collects payment — without me writing an invoice. Stripe. Automatic. From click to payment: zero human interaction.
- Follows up — without me typing emails. ActiveCampaign. Nurture sequences. Follow-ups. All automatic.
- Scales — without me working more hours. 10 customers cost me the same amount of time as 1,000 customers: zero.
That was the vision. From day one.
The Flywheel
A system that feeds itself:
Content (this journal, social media) → brings Traffic → Traffic brings Diagnoses → Diagnoses generate Data (bottleneck patterns) → Data becomes Content → Content brings more traffic.
Simultaneously: Diagnoses → Customers (Sprint, Premium) → Customers get Results → Results become Testimonials → Testimonials strengthen the content → more trust → more customers.
And: Customers refer → Referrals cost €0 → more diagnoses → more customers → more referrals.
Every rotation makes the next one faster. This isn't a funnel. A funnel has an end. A flywheel doesn't.
The Roadmap
Not everything at once. Step by step.
Phase 1-3: Foundation — Build chatbot. Sales pages. Stripe. Telegram bot. Prompt v5 with 40 skills. AC automations. The system that stands.
Phase 4-6: Traffic — Activate ads. Journal on alexreisch.com. Social media content. Buffer auto-posting. SEO. The machine that brings people in.
Phase 7-9: Optimization — Collect data. A/B tests. Optimize conversion. Nurture sequences. Bezos fixes. Sharpen the funnel until it cuts.
Phase 10: Expansion — And this is where it gets interesting.
Phase 10: The System Becomes the Product
Currently, Booster helps coaches and experts. But the core — finding blind spots — is industry-agnostic.
I've proven it:
- Real estate: +€105k above market value. Same core, different industry.
- Trades: 460 MyHammer leads → own lead system. Same core, different industry.
- Coaching: 80 pages → 5 minutes. Same core, different format.
Phase 10 means: Opening the system for other industries.
A real estate agent using Booster to find their clients' blind spots. An agency using Booster to sharpen pitches. A trades business using Booster to convert leads instead of chasing them.
Same engine. New prompts. New verticals. Infinite scale.
